On a different level we can offer a fully GAMP5 compliant validated control package for the complete system. Here it may be a case of replacing unsupported old PLCs for example Siemens S5 to S7 or fully integrated SCADA package running a windows-based touch-screen operator interface with HMI and more complex larger scale DCS system.

Our standard HMI system is based on Siemens S7 300 PLC with the HMI running on WinCC/Flexible designed using panel based hardware while more complex systems typically use full WinCC in a client-server configuration as the HMI software. This enables the use of more complex recipes and reports by utilising the MSSQL Server database.
