Will it really work once I buy it?

What is the equipment going to do and be used for and what’s the process... are you introducing a new product? Our many years of experience upgrading and modifying and supplying equipment starts with asking the right questions - we offer an independent unbiased view of whether the equipment you are thinking of will do the job and with over 750 projects successfully completed to date we can provide you with the confidence that we get to the right answer. Can I be sure my budget is correct and fixed?

What about contamination and can I guarantee it is clean?

Contamination is a major concern - with our partners we provide the highest pharmaceutical decontamination process each and every time and even offer inspections and testing by National Laboratories with strict protocols, methodology and agreed acceptance criteria and if ever the contamination risk cannot be eliminated we will tell you...

If required we can subject equipment to dry vapour hydrogen peroxide decontamination (DVHP).

Epsilon-Equipment can repolish product contact stainless steel and we can provide stainless material certification for composition (x-ray) and surface finishes if not already available. Passivation and electro-polishing can also be offered. We will replace product contact seals and gaskets as standard - we leave nothing to chance.

Will it be fully compliant?

Equipment regulations are becoming more complicated and ever changing and it can be a daunting task working out what’s really needed - our team of experienced engineers will ensure your equipment is full compliant whether it’s related to CE Marking, ATEX, simple machine guarding through to ASME BPE or even transferring the equipment in to Europe or the States. Epsilon-Equipment will guide you through the issues and can offer fixed cost modifications.

Not only that we can bring the machine up to full cGMP requirements and look at ensuring the controls are right for the equipment too which can include 21CFR pt11... but only if needed.
